Skye is a registered and endorsed Counselling Psychologist with master’s degrees in both clinical psychology and counselling psychology. With over 16 years’ experience working in the mental health field Skye has a wide range of experience supporting individuals across the life span in a variety of sectors, including private practice, public and private healthcare, education, aged care, forensic services, and addiction services, in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
Skye is a person-centred therapist, applying a trauma informed, neurodiversity affirming perspective, and drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to adopt a tailored approach to suit the individual needs of her clients. With a particular focus on neurodivergence (primarily autism and ADHD), anxiety disorders, mood disorders, eating disorders and trauma, Skye provides a warm, empathic and understanding environment for clients to explore their feelings, increase their self-awareness and develop effective coping strategies.
