Eliza (she/her) is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist. She is an approachable and empathetic clinician who has experience working with children, adolescents and adults presenting with a broad range of difficulties including those resulting from anxiety and mood disorders, emotion regulation issues, grief and loss, identity issues, ADHD, and Autism.

Eliza has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents who experience emotional, behavioural, and social difficulties. She works collaboratively with young people and their families, drawing upon a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness techniques to meet their needs.

Eliza creates a supportive environment for individuals to explore and understand their experiences and works in creative ways to assist clients to develop more adaptive coping strategies and ways to understand and express themselves.
