Ashleigh is an endorsed Clinical Psychologist with a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. She is a proud First Nations clinician and draws on her professional training and lived experience to provide culturally competent therapeutic care. She has a wide range of experience working with clients in community and public health sectors, including adult mental health, forensics, addiction, trauma, and foster care.

Ashleigh is dedicated to supporting her clients to foster resilience, facilitate personal growth, and enhance overall well-being. With a warm, non-judgmental and collaborative approach, Ashleigh creates a safe space for her clients to explore their thoughts and feelings, gain insight into their behaviours, and create meaningful change in their lives.

Ashleigh is accredited in Cognitive Processing Therapy - an evidence-based treatment for trauma - and draws from a range of evidence-based treatments to create a tailored treatment approach to address her client’s individual needs.

Ashleigh works primarily with adults and is skilled in working with a range of clinical issues including mood difficulties, personality disorders, stress, adjustment to life transitions, situational crises, recent and historical trauma, and relationship difficulties.
